Members are invited to join Chief Curator Francesca DuBrock and Associate Curator Rachel Boesenberg for a tour of Dog Show, an exhibition celebrating human-dog relationships across geography and time. Examine these relationships through contemporary and historical artworks, cultural belongings, archival images and ephemera from Canada, Greenland, Norway and the Lower 48. Learn about the ways dogs have shaped our place as well as our society, shedding light on the myriad ways we understand affective and relational bonds between people and animals.
Open to all member levels. Registration required. 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, in the Patricia B. Wolf Family Galleries, First Floor, East Wing
