Join Dr. Cathleen Chaffee, Charles Balbach Chief Curator of the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, in conversation with Dr. Anna Katherine Brodbeck, the DMA's Hoffman Family Senior Curator of Contemporary Art, as they discuss Chaffee’s years-long research on the life and work of Marisol, culminating in the groundbreaking retrospective now on view at the DMA. This talk is open to the public and is part of the DMA General Members Opening Reception. The talk will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Horchow Auditorium, and the Members-Only Opening Reception and exhibition viewing will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Separate reservations are required for both events.
