About the Artist: The unique visual style of JeRon Bransen Strozier is a raw and minimal yet elegant style of social commentary. Rich in style and passionate storytelling, the feeling is bold and provocative while still uniquely engaging. His pieces push the boundaries of subjects and reader/text relationships as exemplified by art lines like “State of the Union” and “Our Faces.”
From his time studying Illustration, as well as Animation and Digital Media at the prestigious College for Creative Studies in Detroit Michigan, his goal has always been the honest illumination of a story.
His 100+ commissioned works through Status Gratia Media, the art & media company he co- founded, has yielded stunning works in charcoal, pen and ink, acrylic, watercolor, graphite and collage and sculpture .Most recently his pieces have been featured at: Hi-Line Gallery (Southfield, MI, USA), Amplify 2020 Artists Showcase (Los Angeles, CA, USA), Arroyo Repertory Museum (Los Angeles, CA, USA), and Raw Artists Drive 2020 (Los Angeles, CA, USA). Additionally, he has worked in scenery & art direction for the Masonic Temple in productions such as “Should I Stay” (Detroit, MI,) feature artist for Urban Art Orchestra and Proper Paint.
