Meet Your Instructor
David Helman brings over 25 years of yoga expertise, a deep understanding of true-to-tradition teachings, and a passion for guiding people toward empowerment, joy, and peace. Raised in a yoga ashram, David's approach combines mindfulness with functional fitness, circus coaching, and healing modalities like Reiki and Crystal Dreaming.
