Please join us at Cupertino Memorial Park Amphitheater on Thursday, October 9th from 10:45-12:45 for a Chair Yoga Wellness Event in support of the Lions International Mental Health and Well-Being service week.
The intention is to experience a 30-45 minute chair yoga session facilitated by yoga enthusiast De Anza Lion Claire. The session will conclude with a meditation and mindfulness exercise. It is suggested that you bring your own chair if you need/want the back support.
After our yoga and relaxing session, everyone is invited to have a “bring your own food” luncheon in the amphitheater where we can chill and enjoy each other’s company. After lunch, to expand your wellness experience, take a stroll around the park to enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of autumn in Cupertino.
Memorial Park is located 21121 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino. The amphitheater is located in the center of the park. There is plenty of parking.
The Cupertino De Anza Lions Club was founded in 1969. We currently have 35 members, men and women of all ages, from all walks of life, working voluntarily to improve the lot of the disadvantaged in our community.We have a morning group that meets every Thursday morning and an evening group that meets the first Wednesday of the month.
