Erika will lead a hands-on session where you’ll learn multiple frosting and decorating techniques, engage in an open discussion, and receive personalized guidance as you decorate 3 cupcakes. Learn the flat top, the rounded ‘cloud’ and the fluted poof frosting techniques as well as how to decorate with edible blooms and sprinkles. While honing your skills, treat yourself to a slice of BTTRCRM's delectable gluten-free cake and enjoy refreshing non-alcoholic beverages like ginger beer and elderflower lemonade. To top it off, take your beautifully decorated cupcakes home, presented on a stylish Alex Marshall Studios rectangle platter in your choice of colors; stone, matte white or gloss white! After the event, Erika will host a pop-up in the @alexmarshallstudioschico outlet featuring artisanal cake and dessert bread available for purchase.
