Wil’s desire to empower undergraduate students led him to serve as Program Manager with Student Organizations, Leadership and Service at Vanderbilt University. In his role, he connects Student Organization Officers and Advisers to resources that help their student groups meet university policy standards, build a sense of belonging, and create meaningful experiences for their community. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television Production and Black Studies from SUNY New Paltz and Master of Arts in Africana Studies from the University at Albany.

Currently residing in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Shelly, and his sons, Bryce and Wesley, Wil looks forward to continuing the necessary work in student affairs by empowering students to use their resources and create meaningful experiences for themselves. During his free time, you could find Wil cheering on his oldest son at a basketball game, taking both boys to the park, or going on a fun family outing.
