Join our Wild Food UK instructor Jordan (as seen on BBC's North East!), for some urban foraging at the 'on your doorstep' location of Bitts Park, just 800 meters from Carlisle city centre!We'll take you on a walk around the park identifying the various flora and fungi that we come across.
They'll be an opportunity to taste our Elderflower champagne and a wild food soup along the way and a small wild food lunch to finish the day.
Following the course, you'll be sent a full list of your finds from the day & any recipes for the food you enjoyed!
