Hello Cumberland County partners!
Cumberland County Department of Health is welcoming all community partners throughout the county to discuss the findings from the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment and help shape the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) for Cumberland County.
We are actively seeking your participation, ideas and feedback to work together towards improving the quality of life for everyone in Cumberland County. We are looking for your ideas, input and participation towards a Community Health Improvement Plan fo Cumberland County. We are so appreciative of the ways in which many of you have already contributed to this process!
All this information will be shared with you to facilitate discussion towards a collaborative plan for collective action for Cumberland County. Please come and make sure your voice is heard!
Attendees will include diverse representation from throughout Cumberland County including, local, and regional public health departments; health and human service providers; social, civic, and faith-based representatives; neighborhood leaders; advocates, planners, and policy makers; community champions and residents.
