This is a great way to get to know other parents and kids at NHE! The kids really enjoy it and love helping to raise money for their school! We'd like several 3rd-5th grade students to serve as food runners, but truthfully any student who can carry and deliver a tray of food is eligible to sign up! The kids will be very busy during their shifts! They should have long hair pulled back and must wash their hand and put on gloves (available in the kitchen) before beginning their volunteer shift (please be ready to work at the times listed below and help show the next people what to do towards the end of each shift). Younger kids make great helpers outside at the drive through by holding signs and encouraging customers to donate to the NHE PTO (with parent supervision)!
We'd also love help from a few parents and guardians to just hang out and keep a watch over our student volunteers! Grandparents are welcome too! Help support our wonderful school community and get to know some new people!
