The session will focus on providing practical tools and strategies for broad concepts including:
• Belonging & Self-Efficacy
• Communication
• Feedback: in particular, giving critical feedback
The session will meet the requirements for mentorship training for NIH T32 grants and the MSTP.
To facilitate the busy schedules of faculty, two identical sessions will be offered.
Eligible Participants
• PSOM Faculty at the Assistant Professor or higher appointment
• Actively mentoring research trainees (postdocs, graduate students) or planning to mentor
