Join Bright Achievements for an in-person workshop designed to strengthen cultural competence within ABA practice. This session focuses on practical ways to promote respectful, inclusive, and culturally responsive care. Participants will explore how cultural variables shape communication, treatment decisions, and overall client experience.

What to Expect
During this workshop, you will:
- Identify BACB Ethics Code standards and core principles that support cultural respect and responsiveness
- Apply quick and practical strategies that improve communication with clients and families from diverse backgrounds
- Recognize regional and ethnic cultural factors that may influence assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery
