Yet, practicing self-compassion can help build emotional resilience, strengthen our ability to cope, and foster a greater sense of inner peace.
Join us for a grounding workshop dedicated to nurturing self-compassion through mindfulness, movement, and reflection.
In this workshop, you will:
Explore why self-compassion can be more challenging than compassion for others—and how to shift this pattern
Practice a guided meditation focused on self-kindness
Create and personalize a self-compassion mantra
Move through a gentle, mindful yoga flow designed to support inner awareness and compassion
No prior experience with meditation or yoga is necessary—just a willingness to be present with yourself in a new way.
