About this Event

Cultivating Relationship with Our Inner and Outer Waters

Are you interested in increasing your hydration?

Improving the quality of water you and your family are drinking?

Learning about the subtle energies and wisdom on water?

“Structured water may be the ‘wonder drug’ of the 21st century” – Dr. Gerald Pollack

Join us for this weekend immersion into the body, mind, and spirit of water, one of our closest relatives. We will weave together scientific knowledge, indigenous wisdom and a variety of experiences to get to know water and build a relationship with her. Lindsay Rebhan and Paula Westmoreland will be guides on this journey exploring water's remarkable capacities. We will test water, identify the difference between tap water, filtered water and wild water, explore our body as a watershed, communicate with water, and learn how to hydrate our inner and outer waters for better health and mental clarity. We will be nourished with food from local regenerative farms prepared by a personal chef.

Saturday evening will be a 'Celebration of Water', a time for participants to gather, process the day, and engage with music and story. Ben Weaver, a father, poet, songwriter, and community builder, will facilitate the evening. Ben's work is about tending connections between humans and the web of non-human entities to which we are all woven. His music also provides the soundtrack for the weekend immersion.
