Cultivating Peace Workshop
Join us for a rejuvenating Cultivating Peace Workshop on Saturday, 22nd November from 5pm to 7pm at the Wise Lotus Centre on Barnet Road in St. Albans.
This two hour workshop is designed to help you find inner calm and tranquility. You'll be guided through a gentle yoga practice to release tension from the body, followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing session to soothe the mind. The experience will conclude with powerful affirmations to help you carry a sense of peace and clarity into your daily life.
To continue your journey of peace at home, each participant will receive a special goody bag to take with them.
