Inner peace allows us to remain calm, centered and balanced,
even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty. Yoga offers tools to
cultivate this quiet strength. Join us as we explore the following
themes:
November 5th “Tending the Fire”
From digestion to stress management, our inner fire (Agni in
Sanskit) is key to how we show up in the world. This workshop
will focus on connection with this energetic force and how it
impacts our daily life.
December 3rd
“Light up the Night”
Candlelight is the backdrop for this workshop as we celebrate
the winter season and learn about the importance of rituals
(Charya in Sanskrit) that connect us to the light and to one
another.
Each session will include a gentle yoga practice suitable for all
levels, guided meditation and time for reflection & journaling.
No prior yoga experience necessary.
