In this six week series led by Michele Miller, we will explore ways to cultivate inner peace through mindfulness practices. Practices will include a variety of formal and informal meditation, mindful movement, journaling, group discussions, and experiential learning. This course is open to all and is appropriate for beginners and anyone who would like to ease stress and develop a daily meditation practice. Offered on a donation base with a suggested donation of $15 per class.
