Through playful movement, supportive postures, laughter, and communication, you’ll experience the joy of giving and receiving—both on and off the mat.As you safely move in unison with your partner, assisting each other in stretches and common yoga postures, you will discover shared balance, strength, and a different kind of support than props can offer.
This practice is designed to encourage self-awareness, and strengthen trust, and communication. Leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and full of gratitude!
Come with a partner or by yourself and we’ll pair you up with a new friend! No experience necessary, all bodies are welcome.
NOTE: Workshop registration is $35 per person. Each attendee must register separately to guarantee their spot.
