Yuan Qigong is a specific system of qigong practice founded by Yuan Tze in 2013. It's a holistic approach to personal development and healing that combines traditional Chinese wisdom with modern understanding.
Key aspects of philosophy and approach
-Focuses on cultivating "Qi" (vital life energy) and transforming the consciousness
-Based on the principle that true health comes from harmonizing body, energy (Qi), heart, and consciousness
-Places strong emphasis on internal transformation rather than just physical movements

-Focuses on developing essential heart qualities: to help transform emotions and patterns on heart level
Yuan Qigong is taught through progressive levels 1-9, with each level building on previous understanding. The learning begins with various qigong forms and movements
and later methods for emotional and psychological transformation. Ren Xue and Yuan Qigong are practiced worldwide through classes, workshops, and retreats.
The system is sometimes described as particularly accessible to modern practitioners because it bridges traditional Eastern practices to integrate with contemporary life challenges.
Natalie has recently moved to Nijmegen from New Zealand and brings 20 years of dedicated practice and study with master Yuan Tze and the Ren Xue system. First studying and teaching the Zhineng Qigong System for 8 years and then learning and being a part of the birth of the new Yuan Gong System in 2013. As a certified coach, counselor, and Yuan Gong Qigong teacher, she creates a warm, supportive space for students to discover their own inner alignment and wisdom.
