With spring on the way, we’re tending to what we want to grow in our kitchens and in our gardens. As the days begin to lengthen, spring invites us to prepare slowly and intentionally. In this hands-on gathering, we’ll weave together two seasonal practices: crafting infused honeys and starting seeds for the spring garden. We’ll explore herbs that pair well with honey for gentle nourishment, then turn our attention to seed starting!
Together, we’ll talk about how tending plants early sets the foundation for the months ahead. Participants will take home their own infused honey and a selection of seeds to germinate and tend in their own time.
