About this Event
Celebrating QTBIPOC film, performers, and coming together in community! Join us this Friday and Saturday as we screen two documentaries, "Paris is Burning" and "Kiki". Both films focus the QBIPOC performers of ballroom, drag, and vague giving viewers an in depth look at life beyond mainstream and how a niche community came together to express their identities together in community!
There will be beverages and theater candy for you, and all of this is at NO COST! So please, gather your friends, take a couple of hours out of your evening, and join us!
Following each screening we will have local performers available to share their individual experiences as singers, ballroom competitors, performers, and more! There will also be a raffle drawing at the end for some cool prizes! You don't want to miss it!
This is a safe space for ALL and we welcome YOU!
