As Thanksgiving approaches, take some time to enjoy a Restorative Yoga practice and Guided Meditation to help promote relaxation, stress relief, and to focus on cultivating gratitude. Restorative Yoga is the perfect way to self-reflect and tap into the space of gratitude within.Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming practice that emphasizes relaxation, healing, and introspection. During this practice, Lauren will lead you through carefully chosen poses, supported with props, to help you feel completely comfortable. Each pose will be held for about 10 minutes to allow you to truly settle into the support and comfort of the shape. Throughout each pose, Lauren will lead a guided meditation. In this nurturing environment, Lauren will give many opportunities to cultivate gratitude through mindfulness and presence, tension and stress release, emotional healing, connection with the Self, space for reflection, grounding, and more.
This practice is open to all levels, including beginners. Props will be provided. If you have a mat, feel free to bring it but we do have some available to borrow. Wear whatever clothing you are most comfortable in. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time to give you a chance to get checked in and settled.
