TIPS Cultivating Excellence Institutes are circuit based mobile labs provided in a rigorous course setting. These Early Childhood Development continuing education institutes are scheduled to support IB Board Staff, early care and learning staff practitioners and individuals seeking to earn a Child Development Associate Credential.

The Professional Development opportunities for staff and agencies include Theory In Practice Strategies, aid in fostering early learning standards and outcomes while creating a culture of integrity. These dynamic institute provide presentations and practice opportunities that engross professionals in implementation of practices. Each institute reviews the history and integrity of our professional responsibilities while cultivating an industry of accountability and integrity.

Our teaching community is made up of a group of talented and creative professionals, who are passionate about creating the best Early Childhood Vocational School with a focus on Praxis Based strategies. offers the tools and support necessary for our adult learners to reach their full potential. We adopt and implement the use of research and evidence based course and framework into every instructional package. We hold our students to the highest standard of excellence, a TIPS Certified teacher has demonstrated mastery of early learning competence prior to applying for their Credential Status. Every students process is manually reviewed with a dialogue of areas of strengths and improvement our instructors build and support them in maximizing on their full professional potential.

Since 2017 we have supported teachers earn their Credential through the Council for Professional Recognition, TIPS CDA JumpStart Program has been assessed for the alignment of the CDA criteria. Our TIPS courses are integrated with theory, child development best practices and practical strategies to support competence, work force development and Head Start Readiness. Course work is provided using today's classroom technology, intentional teaching practices, and adult learning techniques to aid providers through successful use of online learning tools. Each program includes: Instructor led instruction (Enriched Virtual Classes or on-site) live interaction with instructor, coach and assessor, mock demonstration tools, portfolio help and test prep*.
