• 100 Metre NC Grown Salad w/ Carrot Puree, Seeds and Oats, Red Wine Vinaigrette

• Tomato Bisque w/Seafood Ravioli, Rainbow Tomatoes, Sea Asparagus

• Surf and Turf w/Wood Fired AAA Beef Tenderloin, Canadian Lobster Tail, Pommes Berny, Quinoa Pea Tart, Canadian Whiskey Sauce
