Please join us Sunday August 24 2-4 pm at the Cullman County Museum. We will be having a most interesting and informative speaker, Thomas Messersmith.Thomas will be discussing the history of the Revolutions of 1848 and the unification of Germany in 1871.
Which will provide context for the emigration of Col. Cullmann from Europe to the US.
He has done extensive research on both events as part of his dissertation research at the University of Maryland and has taught the events at both a high school and university level.
Also, a former history instructor at Wallace State Community College.
Looking forward to seeing everyone!
