Nurturing the Mind-Gut Connection:A Therapeutic Journey through Guided Deep Relaxation, Mindful Breathing, and Meditative Sound.
Embark on a unique experience that blends guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and the soothing resonance of time-honoured sacred instruments. This carefully curated session creates a calming environment designed to nurture the mind-gut connection and enhance overall well-being.
Throughout the session, therapeutic sound instruments will be thoughtfully integrated to deepen your journey toward relaxation and balance:
Guided Visualisation:
Immerse yourself in guided visualisations supported by the resonant tones of gongs and harmonic instruments. These sounds will enrich the imagery, helping to deepen relaxation and soothe the mind-gut connection.
Tuning into Relaxation:
Experience the gentle tones of 432Hz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, handpan, gong, ocean drum, shamanic drumming, shruti box, koshi chimes, tambura, flow chimes, Native American flutes, and soft, channeled mantra vocals. Together, these elements foster a restorative atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation and eases the mind.
Synchronising with Breath:
During mindful breathing practices, chimes and bells will synchronise with your breath, guiding you into a rhythm that promotes a calm, focused state of mind.
Closing with Harmony:
The session will conclude with a harmonious blend of sounds, leaving you centered and at peace, and enhancing your sense of balance and connection between mind and gut.
