Our chefs have created a six-course menu designed to complement some of Cullen’s most celebrated releases — from the vibrant Amber SSB to the iconic Diana Madeline Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Each course will be thoughtfully paired, from Hiramasa kingfish with cucumber, apple and lemongrass through to O’Connor fillet mignon with black garlic and Torbay asparagus, finishing with a decadent dark chocolate millefeuille with drunken mulberries. Guided by a wine maker Andy Barrett-Lennard, you’ll enjoy a memorable night of exceptional wines, fine food and rich conversation.
