Be Celeng Base Manis: Twice Cooked Pork Ribs in a Tamarind-Sweet Soy Sauce. This pork with soy sauce dish is delicious, easy to make. This pork dish often appears on festive occasions in Bali and can become a weeknight staple for the whole family!
Coconut rice to accompany the ribs.
Dadar: Coconut Crepes with a Stewed Coconut filling and Palm Sugar Syrup, are a popular street dish found everywhere in Indonesia!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
