Chef Ari Miller co-owns the restaurant Musi , which opened in February 2019 to critical acclaim. Musi created a higher standard in the Philadelphia food world for using local, hyper-seasonal produce, cheeses and meats. In its first year Miller was named Best Chef by Philadelphia Magazine and Musi one of Eater's Best New Restaurants in the country. He is also the owner of Frizwit, the only Philly cheesesteak made from non-industrial ingredients, which Food & Wine heralded as the Best Dish of 2020. A former journalist, Miller got his start in the professional kitchen in Tel Aviv, Israel.
