Discover the healing power of food in our Culinary Medicine – Vibrant Asian-Inspired hands-on class! Learn to create Roasted Cauliflower “Kung Pao” with a bold spicy-sweet glaze, whip up a gluten-free Zucchini Noodle Pad Thai with a creamy almond-butter sauce, and craft a refreshing, nutrient-packed Mango Chia Pudding. This class combines vibrant flavors with wholesome ingredients, teaching you how to make delicious, health-focused dishes that nourish your body and delight your taste buds—all while mastering essential Asian-inspired cooking techniques.

Roasting & Glazing Vegetables – perfecting spicy-sweet coatings on cauliflower.

Healthy Dessert Assembly – preparing nutrient-rich Mango Chia Pudding with proper consistency.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
