Jessica See is the founder of Culinary Medicine Academy and Health Coach International. A Certified Professional Trainer, Coach, and Clinical Nutritionist. She specializes in stress management and lifestyle medicine.
Formerly an editor, she launched Woman At Work in 1989 and contributed to THIS Quarterly . She now edits _Rainbow Connections - Mind Matters.
A sought-after speaker and corporate trainer, she has authored three books and co-trains the Certified Health Coach Programme, advocating holistic well-being and transformation from mind to body.
