About this Event
In this demonstration class, instructor Julie Parisi will lead attendees through several recipes using winter citrus fruits. We will prepare blood orange marmellata and each participant will get to take some home! Next, we will go through the steps of creating a traditional Italian after dinner drink called limoncello. Last, but not least, the class will learn how to make a delicious cannoli dip dessert using fresh kumquats.
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
