About this Event
In this demonstration class, instructor Julie Parisi will teach students how to prepare a decadent Alfredo sauce with fontina and parmesan cheeses. Next, the class will tackle a traditional Roman carbonara. Attendees will also learn how to make, from start to finish, the hugely popular Bolognese sauce. Finally, taste a bright and vibrant basil and pine nut pesto. Attendees will enjoy samples of each dish throughout the night!
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
