About this Event
In a continuation of her original "Let's Get Saucy!" class, instructor Julie Parisi will lead a demonstration on 4 new sauces paired with pastas. In this 2.0 version, attendees will learn how to make a classic, tomato-cream vodka sauce served with penne, gnocchi in a brown butter-sage sauce, bucatini all'Amatriciana, and a kale-walnut pesto. Class participants are invited to taste each of the creations throughout the class time!
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within the NewBo City Market.
