About this Event
Instructor Julie Parisi will lead a hands-on class all about fresh pasta. Class attendees will learn how to make the pasta dough from scratch. We will use a stand mixer attachment to roll out the dough and make different shapes by hand. Students are encouraged to bring reusable containers to bring their work home.
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
