About this Event
In this combination demonstration and hands-on class, instructor Julie Parisi will teach attendees how to make a variety of different stuffed and seasoned Italian bread recipes including savory stromboli made with sausage and cheese, calzones which include a creamy filling of ricotta and vegetables, and traditional rosemary focaccia bread that will be your new go-to dinner party favorite. Students are encouraged to bring aprons. We will taste our creations and recipes are provided to take home.
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
