About this Event
Join us as local pastry chef Sandrine Wallace walks you through the process for making both the traditional flaky buttery "Kings cake", served early January in France at Epiphany Christian Feast Day, and a Bourdaloue almond/pear pie. These two pies are GLUTEN-FREE.
This is a demo class, but volunteers are welcome to help!
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
