Chef Erik A. Hinds will present "Culinary Anthropology: A Taste of Potawatomi Heritage" with grant sponsorship from Indiana Humanities & the National Endowment for the Humanities. Experience a modern menu inspired by seasonal flavors from the Potawatomi culinary tradition:
Strawberry & milkweed leaf salad with juneberry vinaigrette and maple candied walnuts
Tempura dandelion fritters with plum and Brie cheese sauce drizzle and fresh spotted bee balm leaves

Registration is required. Admission is $5 for museum members or $10 for guests (payable online).
