Join us for an interactive and hands-on cooking class with Chef Patty from The Mad Table. In this class you will learn how to put together the perfect spread for your next Tapas party! You will make four popular Spanish tapas. Stuffed dates with goat cheese and marcona almonds wrapped in bacon and oven roasted, everyone’s favorite Patata’s Brava- crispy fried potatoes with a savory fiery sauce, clams in a traditional Spanish salsa verde (green sauce), and Spanish style garlic shrimp.

Groups may sit together at a table with a glass of wine to enjoy their creation!

You will receive a complimentary glass of wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages.

This class is open to adults 18 years of age and older only. No children allowed unless otherwise specified.

Bio

Patty Morrell-Ruiz, is chef and founder of The Mad Table, a brand created to inspire people to discover and enjoy the importance of food as a social medium, as well as to love amazing food. She’s big on finding that perfect balance between healthy and delicious (without compromising flavor or quality) to share with her clients and audience.

Chef Patty wears many hats- she is a cooking instructor and a professional food stylist, she hosts bi-weekly live healthy cooking episodes for Avmed Health, and is currently working on her first cookbook, The Best of Cuba, the book will be released in 2022.
