Join Chef Christina for a special edition of the Growing Up Italian series, exploring the rich culinary traditions of Sardinia, Italy. This immersive class will introduce you to the flavors of the island through a thoughtfully curated menu, combining hands-on cooking with chef-led demonstrations.
Menu:
- Fresh Focaccia & Antipasti Plate (Arrival Snack) – A selection of regional bites to start the evening
- Fregola Pasta with Garlic Shrimp (Demonstration) – Learn how this traditional Sardinian pasta is made and served
- Papassini Cookies (Interactive) – A hands-on lesson in baking these spiced, nutty treats
This class is designed to provide both an interactive and educational experience. While guests will have the opportunity to take part in pasta-making, many ingredients will be prepped in advance to keep the focus on technique and flavor. The dessert portion is the most hands-on, allowing everyone to fully engage in shaping and baking these classic Sardinian cookies.

- Wine, beer, mixed drinks, and soft drinks will be available for purchase. Guests may bring their own wine for a $15 corkage fee.
