- Seared Flank Steak Salad with Fresh Mint and Cilantro: A fresh, flavorful, and quick Vietnamese-inspired Grilled Steak first course that disguise as a main!
- Sweet and Sour Fish Soup: from the Mekong Delta, includes a tamarind broth filled with fish, pork, pineapple, tomatoes, elephant ear stalks, and bean sprouts.
- Served with Steamed Rice
- Grilled Bananas wrapped in Sweet Glutinous Rice with Coconut and Tapioca Pearl Cream
$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
