Cuff'd In Comedy Pride Show!

So you say you have looked for love everywhere...but what about a comedy show? Picture it: You and three contenders. They can't see you and you can't see them, but the vibes are strong. Through a series of questions, you eliminate the weak, ending with your strongest match. Since your love life was a joke before this, there will be comedians performing their best jokes in between rounds. So don't worry, the audience won't be laughing at you, especially when you and your match both leave with $25 gift cards to a local restaurant for a potential first date, or not. Join us for Cuff'd in Comedy, a fun and entertaining evening, that might end in love ❤️

There will be one dater and three dates, similar to the classic 60s Dating Game show. Through a series of questions and mini-games, the contestants will learn more about each other in hopes of further compatibility ?

There will be a hilarious comedy set in between each round, where the dater will decide who stays and who will be sent home ?

There will be a cash bar. We can't wait to see you all!! ?

Meet Your Hosts

Shanel Hughes is a Denver creative. She is a crafter and comedian who has perfomed in several states and various venues all across Colorado, including Comedy Works, The MCA, The Comedy Fort and the Denver Improv. Her comedy style can be described as an evening with your hilarious best friend. Her warmth and contagious energy fills each room she enters. She loves glitter, bling, and all things shiny and cute. To the stage, she brings years of improv, acting and crafting skills. Shanel was a semi-finalist in the annual Comedy Works New Faces Competition during her first year, and has been accepted to perform in comedy festivals in states including Alaska, Colorado, Texas, New York, Atlanta and Oregon. Shanel has instructed several Laugh Your Craft Off Events at the Museum of Contemporary Art here in Denver. Uche Ohaya is the creative ignition re-introduced to the world as musical artist Uccchh. She is a published poet, manifesting generator, Denver OG and half of the dynamic duo that is UchneLigans, with wife and crafter-comedienne Shanel Hughes. Uccchh brings forth her charisma and energy to curate, assist and deliver events and other productions through Shanel Hughes Comedy, LLC.

When she is not writing lyrics or poetry, you can find Uccchh putting together a jigsaw puzzle or being challenged by their 6 year old in a game of NBA 2k.
