You will gain hands-on expertise in critical directing areas: implementing structured audition rubrics and effective casting strategies, coaching believable performances by applying Stanislavski’s concepts like objectives, tactics, and stakes, mastering the principles of visual storytelling and stage composition, and developing the necessary organization and leadership skills to manage a rehearsal calendar efficiently from blocking through a seamless tech week. Whether you are stepping up to direct for the first time or seeking to sharpen your vision, this class provides the structure to confidently lead your next production from concept to a polished, unified opening night.This class will run Sundays from 6-9pm for 8-weeks starting January 18th and conclude on March 8th
