Welcome to the new Cuddle Workshop series - in which we will reclaim our space in the Dreamtime! We'll come together to remember what has been forgotten and communicate in a language that reaches deeper than words. Together we will explore connecting through touch and bodily movements, finding again the consciousness of (co-) creation.
Come to the season launch event and experience the relaxing yet recharging atmosphere of the Cuddle Workshop. It's a safe and friendly environment in which you can explore the power of Platonic touch, make new friends, connect with the tribe and yourself. You’ll meet your inner God and Goddess, your Warrior and your Saint, the Wise Old Person as well as the Fool and – almost for certain – your Shadow.
All exercises will always remain voluntary: If there's anything you don't want to try, it is always more than ok to step back and set your boundaries. There will be plenty to explore: from active listening to eye-gazing, this time we will dive deeper into altered states of consciousness and archetypal depths of our psyche and... of course... there will be lots of hugs.
Program:
4 pm: Pre-workshop discussion round (optional) for those who like to talk
5 pm: Gathering of the tribe. Tea, snacks, and mingling
5.30 - 8.30 pm: Cuddle Workshop with a tea break at half-time
Contribution: HUF 5.000
If you like, please bring some snacks and/or non-alcoholic drinks for the buffet.
