During this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make gnocchi di zucca – soft, handmade gnocchi made from oven-roasted pumpkin. We’ll cover how to choose the right type of pumpkin, balance the flavors, and shape each piece by hand. You’ll also learn how to make a butter-based sage or cheese sauce that pairs perfectly with the dish.
