Description
This workshop will cover mounts/dismounts,
poses, spins, transitions, and moves on aerial cube. There will be progressions in moves and variations for aerialists of all levels starting from basic sits, spins, and poses, up through more difficult poses and tricks as well as drops. It is recommended that participants have some experience on their primary aerial apparatus prior to taking this workshop.
