Ethan Wagner moves between New York and Brazil (depending on the temperature) With a background rooted in casino and Afro-Cuban dance, he brings both tradition and innovation into his movement and teaching.
As the founder of Ruedame and organizer of Rueda at the Park in New York, Ethan has been shaping the rueda scene for years. He’s a choreographer, a sought-after international instructor, and a returning presence at the SalsaNor Rueda Congress.
In addition to the dance floor, Ethan is known for his clear and engaging approach to musicality and music theory – teaching online workshops that makes musicality feel surprisingly accessible. With a background rooted in casino and Afro-Cuban dance, he brings both tradition and innovation into his movement and teaching.
