Join NY-NJ Cuba Sí Coalition and award-winning Cuban journalist Liz Oliva Fernández for a joint screening and filmmaker Q&A of Enrique Berumen’s film Cubana 455 and two new Belly of the Beast documentaries that expose what’s driving Cuba policy under Biden. Liz is on a national tour in October and November to present the first public screenings of these two new, unreleased docs shot earlier this year in New Jersey and Washington D.C. This event is part of a National Day of Action to commemorate the October 6, 1976 bombing of a Cuban airliner that killed all 73 people on board, including the entirety of Cuba's national fencing team, in the single deadliest terrorist attack in the Western Hemisphere before 9/11.
