Together with Madison Rueda, we're excited to bring Edson Cabrera from Cuba (currently in Chicago ; ) for TWO classes and a social dance on Sunday November 9th.
The first class, from 12:30 - 2:00pm will introduce Casino partner work and what it means to LEAD and FOLLOW.
The second class, from 2:30 - 4:00 will cover some basic afro cuban moves and how to integrate with Casino in partners.
Finally, from 4:00 - 5:30 we'll bust out the Timba music for you to practice the moves you just learn, and probably for a couple of Ruedas!
All events are in the Festival Room in the lower level of the UW Madison Memorial Union.
