Cub Scout Range Master Training teaches how to run a BB gun, archery, or slingshot range for Cub Scout events. The training includes safety, equipment, range layout, and shooting skills.Training will begin at 9:00AM EDT and run until approximately 4:00PM
What's required to run a range:
- To run a range at a District or Council run Cub Scout event, you must have the training and certification.
- You must renew the training every two years.
Where can I take the training: We are offering this course three times in 2025!
- March 29, 2025 at Camp Topenebee
- April 19, 2025 at Camp Tamarack
- May 24, 2025 at the LaSalle Council Scout Office
What are the benefits of the training:
- You can run a BB Gun, Slingshot, or Archery Range at District or Council Cub Scout events.
